We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our products.  In the event that you are not and would like to return the item/s, we would gladly accept your return/s within the 30 days of your purchase.

Please contact us at info@romancolorcosmetics.com to initiate your return process and eligibility. Please provide us a brief explanation of the reason and/or dislike of the item/s returning.  Once received we will provide you a “RAN” Return Authorization Number and instructions for processing.

Please provide us with your contact information, order number, order date, as well as the product code of the item/s that you would like to return.  Currently, we cannot refund for shipping charges nor cover returning shipping charges. Only in the event, that the return item/s was a direct result of our own error/s.

Please allow us 10 business days to process your return/s.  You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been approved for processing. 

Once your return/s is received and processed you will receive another email confirmation providing completion process. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction and that it may take longer than two weeks for PayPal and/or your financial institution to reflect the credit on your transaction on your account.


Claims for shortage or damaged goods must be made within 10 days of receipt.

All merchandise must be in the original packaging

All returned goods must include a “RAF” Return Authorization Form and must be shipped freight prepaid.

Credit will be issued as follows:

  • Merchandise less than 30 days old will be issued 100% credit, less 25% restocking charge.

  • Merchandise older than 30 days and custom orders are not returnable for credit.

  • No cash refunds will be given
