HOW TO APPLY:
Using an angled brush, apply the eyebrow powder into brows using firm strokes. Blend to create the desired color and fullness.

Talc, Zinc Stearate, Kaolin, Mineral Oils, Magnesium Stearate, Propyl & Methyl Paraben.
